You should definitely download this for trips to Japan!! A few months ago in Tokyo I had a credit card currency-exchange problem. I was extremely anxious and at a loss, but thanks to Tourcast’s quick response I solved it right away!! Even late at night they checked immediately, searched things themselves, and I’m truly grateful!! It felt like getting help from a friend—it erased the anxiety of independent travel!! The Tourcast info is so well organized and easy to read that it helped a lot when preparing, and it was a huge help during the trip too—I’m very thankful!! I wanted to leave a review right after the trip, but there wasn’t a place in the app to leave one, so I’m posting it here now. ^^ Thanks again to Tourcast!!

For complicated parts or when you need to call locally or can’t find accurate info, leave a question and the admin gives very fast replies. It’s a must-have app for trips to Japan.

We’re planning a family trip (10 people) to Tokyo in Feb 2025; while searching for materials I found Tourcast, and after reading it multiple times I felt like my understanding built up gradually.
