TourCast Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TourCast (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user in connection with the use of the app application and website 'TourCast' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Services provided by the Company.
② "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member through an SNS account, etc., and has entered into a service use contract with the Company.
③ "SNS Account" refers to a user identification account provided through external platforms such as Google, Apple, etc.
④ "Content" refers to all information, text, images, videos, and other materials provided by the Company within the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
① These Terms shall take effect by being posted on the service screen or notified by other means.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws.
③ When amending the Terms, the application date and the reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced at least 7 days in advance. However, for changes unfavorable to the user, a notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance and individual notification will be provided via electronic means such as email.
④ If the Company clearly announces the amended Terms with a statement such as "If you do not express your refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to them," and the user does not explicitly express refusal, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
⑤ If the user does not agree to the amended Terms, the Company cannot apply the contents of the amended Terms, and in this case, the user may terminate the use contract.
Article 4 (Provision of Services and Paid Services)
① The Company provides the following services:
1. Provision of travel-related information and content
2. User inquiry response and consultation services
3. Other services determined by the Company
② The Company may change or suspend part or all of the service based on operational or technical needs, and shall not provide separate compensation to users unless there are special provisions in the relevant laws.
③ If the Company provides paid services, the terms of use, fees, and refund policies for such services shall be subject to separate terms of use or operational policies.
Article 5 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
① Membership registration is established when a user logs in through an SNS account and agrees to these Terms.
② Members are responsible for managing their SNS account access rights to prevent exposure to third parties, and the Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use or theft due to the member's negligence in management.
③ The Company may refuse to approve membership or terminate the contract afterwards in the following cases:
1. When the name of another person or someone else's SNS information is stolen
2. When false information is recorded or required information is omitted
3. When the applicant has previously lost their membership status
Article 6 (Obligations of Members)
Members shall not engage in the following acts:
1. Stealing other people's information or using the service fraudulently
2. Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights or interfering with the operation of the service
3. Damaging the reputation of the Company or a third party, or interfering with their business
4. Transmitting advertising information for profit or violating relevant laws and these Terms
Article 7 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may gradually restrict the use of the service through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if a member violates the obligations of these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the service.
Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership and Data Processing)
① Members may request withdrawal at any time through the settings within the service or the customer center, and the Company shall process it without delay.
② Upon withdrawal, all member data will be deleted, except when preservation is necessary according to relevant laws and the Privacy Policy. However, posts made on public boards may not be deleted, so users must delete them directly before withdrawing.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights and User Postings)
① Intellectual property rights for content produced and provided by the Company belong to the Company.
② The copyright for posts (questions, reviews, etc.) made by the user within the service belongs to the user.
③ The user grants the Company permission to reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the user's posts free of charge within or outside the service for the purposes of service operation, promotion, and improvement.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is exempt from liability if it is unable to provide services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, system maintenance, or communication failures.
② The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the content provided within the service unless there is intent or gross negligence, and shall not be held liable for any failure to obtain expected profits or any loss incurred through the use of the service.
Article 11 (Consent to Receive Marketing Information)
① The Company transmits advertising information for profit only with the user's prior consent.
② Users may withdraw their consent at any time, and even if they do not agree, they will not be disadvantaged in using basic services such as viewing guidebooks.
Article 12 (Management of Postings)
The Company may delete or restrict access to postings that violate relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act and the Copyright Act, or that are contrary to public order and morals, without prior notice.
Article 13 (Advertisements and Affiliated Services)
① The Company may include affiliate programs (affiliate links, etc.) for service operation.
② Any transactions conducted on external websites connected through affiliate links are independent contracts between the user and the corresponding business operator, and the Company does not provide any guarantee or assume responsibility for such transactions.
Article 14 (Multilingual Provision and Interpretation)
① These Terms may be provided in multiple languages.
② In the event of any discrepancy between the translated version and the original Korean text regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Service, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
① These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
② Any litigation concerning disputes between the Company and the user regarding the use of the service shall be filed with a court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms shall take effect on March 3, 2026.
