I had never traveled abroad before, but after using this app I found the courage and went to Tokyo; I had so much fun I went to Osaka again a month later. And now… I’m going to Fukuoka in July. Traveling in Japan with my mom and nephew… My nephew left his wallet at a rest-stop convenience store (we realized well over an hour after leaving ㅜㅜ). No one spoke Japanese, so we were really at a loss~ Then I suddenly remembered Tourcast, which had helped with planning, and on a whim I posted (honestly, I didn’t expect any reply).. But like a savior, I got a reply within minutes… I felt like, “I have an ally under this Japanese sky~~!!! I almost cried.” They asked around and helped… it was like chatting… practically real-time communication—so reassuring!!! We managed to find the wallet, and after that, even without knowing the local language, independent travel wasn’t scary^^ Truly real-time feedback!! So touching~🥰 Since then I went to Japan once more with family and I’m going again with a friend next week~~^^ So reassuring!!

Read the guidebook and make a checklist—then your prep is done. The app is super useful. There are even recommended itineraries by subway line, so just follow those. ... Replies are really fast, kind, and accurate.

I found Tourcast mid-planning and if I’d installed it from the start I would’ve saved so much search time and gotten a lot more help. There are not just recommended itineraries but also info on major destinations, so if you study up you’ll enjoy the trip more. It helped me a lot—highly recommended! 😀

A great app for Japanese tips!! This is my first review while using the app~~~ I always traveled to Japan with someone guiding me, but this time I’m going solo and had to handle everything myself—during that tough time I used the Tourcast app!! No matter how much I searched online, I couldn’t find the info I wanted, so I joined a community—but I had to level up first and it was such a hassle. Then I downloaded this app, signed up, and sent an inquiry—I got a reply in 10 minutes. It’s a fantastic app. The travel info is well organized—this alone seems enough ~^^! You should definitely download this for trips to Japan!! A few months ago in Tokyo I had a credit card currency-exchange problem. I was extremely anxious and at a loss, but thanks to Tourcast’s quick response I solved it right away!! Even late at night they checked immediately, searched things themselves, and I’m truly grateful!! It felt like getting help from a friend—it erased the anxiety of independent travel!! The Tourcast info is so well organized and easy to read that it helped a lot when preparing, and it was a huge help during the trip too—I’m very thankful!!
