Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the cyber mall and users when using the online services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided through the TourCast mobile application (“TourCast”) and the TourCast website (www.tourcast.co.kr) (hereinafter referred to as the "App & Web Services") operated by TourCast (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

"App & Web Services" means the virtual business premises established by the Company to trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers, and also refers to the operator of the cyber mall.
"User" means both members and non-members who access the App & Web Services and use the Services.
"Member" means a person who registers as a member by providing personal information and continuously receives information from and uses the Services of the App & Web Services.
"Non-member" means a person who uses the Services without registering as a member.
"ID" means the unique personal identification characters registered by the user at the time of sign-up.

Article 3 (Disclosure, Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms shall be posted on the membership registration page, and the Company may amend them if necessary due to changes in circumstances or important business reasons. Amended Terms shall be announced via notices and shall take effect upon disclosure.

Article 4 (Governing Laws)
Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by relevant laws including the Telecommunications Framework Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act, Regulation of Terms Act, Electronic Transactions Act, Electronic Signature Act, and Consumer Protection Act.

Chapter 2 Service Agreement
Article 5 (Application for Use)
Users may apply for use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completing the registration process. Users under 14 years old may not register.

Article 6 (Acceptance of Application)
The Company shall approve applications except in certain restricted cases. Approval may be deferred if service capacity is insufficient, technical issues exist, or operational needs arise. Applications may be rejected if false information is provided, another person's name is used, public order is disrupted, or requirements are not met.

Chapter 3 Obligations of the Parties
Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall operate the Services stably and continuously. Legitimate complaints shall be handled promptly unless restricted by law enforcement or legal requirements.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)
Users must comply with these Terms and not interfere with Company operations. Commercial activities without approval are prohibited. Users may not reproduce or distribute information without consent.

Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services
Article 9 (Use of Services)
Users shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Company notices.

Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide information via email or postal mail if deemed necessary.

Article 11 (Advertising)
The Company may post advertisements and is not responsible for losses arising from promotional activities.

Article 12 (Restrictions on Use)
The Company may restrict service use for violations such as public disorder, criminal intent, reputation damage, spam, hacking, IP infringement, ID theft, or legal violations.

Article 13 (Suspension of Services)
Services may be suspended due to network issues, power outages, maintenance, overload, or national emergencies.

Article 14 (Management of Posts)
The Company may delete or reject content that violates these Terms.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Use)
Users may not conduct illegal commercial activities. The Company is not liable for resulting damages.

Chapter 5 Miscellaneous
Article 16 (Disclaimer and Compensation)
The Company is not liable for force majeure events, user transactions, content accuracy, or user negligence. Users shall compensate damages caused by violations.

Article 17 (Consent to Use Credit Information)
Personal credit information may be provided to institutions with user consent under applicable law.

Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and legal action shall be under the jurisdiction of the Company’s headquarters court.

Article 17 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms take effect from August 1, 2023.
