How to Delete Your TourCast Account

You can request account deletion directly in the TourCast app. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Before you delete your account

  • Once deletion is complete, all saved usage history and personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
  • This also applies if you log in with Kakao, Google, or Apple. All TourCast usage records linked to the account will be removed.
  • Information that must be retained under applicable law will be stored separately and deleted after the required retention period.

How to delete your account

    Open the app and sign in

    Update the TourCast app to the latest version and sign in with the account you want to delete.

    Go to Settings → My Page

    Open "Settings" from the bottom menu and select "My Page."

    Tap Delete Account

    Select "Delete account," review the notices, check the consent box, and continue.

    Confirm and finish

    Review the final confirmation message and confirm to complete the deletion.

Can I sign up again with the same email after deleting my account?

Yes. You can register again with the same email or social login at any time, but previously stored data cannot be restored.
